The cars are licensed for the shrine area and take you from the hotel to the closest point vehicles are allowed. The same car takes you between cities and from the airport or border to your hotel.
If you only need a hotel, send a booking request directly from that hotel’s page. This page is for when you want the hotel and transfers together.
