Khafaji can be considered the best hotel in Kadhimiya after Burj Al-Jawad, which stands opposite it on Bab Al-Murad Street. It is about 500 metres from the holy shrine of Imam al-Kadhim and Imam al-Jawad, roughly a seven-minute walk. Pilgrims can also use the free shuttle of the Kadhimiya shrine to cover it in under three minutes.
