About Qasr Al-Dur Hotel

Qasr Al-Dur is the five-star hotel closest to the holy shrine of Imam Ali in Najaf. It opened in 2003 and is known for its calm atmosphere and distinctive architecture. In 2018 it added new wings and renovated the original building, opening a new chapter in its service to pilgrims. The hotel is on Imam Zain al-Abidin Street, about 170 metres from the shrine.

It has a restaurant on the eleventh floor overlooking the shrine, a second restaurant on the lower ground floor, and large rooms. The coffee shop on the seventh floor also looks out over the holy shrine, a lasting memory for pilgrims of Imam Ali. Guests can use a free airport pickup or drop-off.

Hygiene and cleanliness are among Qasr Al-Dur’s strengths and keep its guests satisfied, and being so close to the shrine makes the pilgrimage all the more rewarding. Its experienced, well-trained staff are proud to welcome pilgrims.
