Burj Aqila is one of Karbala’s new hotels, built near the Aqila courtyard and opened in summer 2023. It stands next to Burj Al-Shakirin Hotel, about 400 metres from Bab Al-Ras and Bab Al-Qibla of the shrine of Imam Husayn.
